Kamlaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School. Currently, she serves as an Educator at LegalEdge, where she mentors aspirants, and practices as a Legal Consultant. she brings deep pedagogical insight and scholarly rigor to Legalis IP. As Editor-in-Chief, she ensures that our legal analysis adheres to the highest standards of academic integrity, overseeing the quality and integrity of our content.

Dr. Rick Maity, a registered physician and medical technology researcher at IIT Kharagpur, specialises in translational research, clinical data, and health systems while upholding academic integrity. Trained at IPGME&R Kolkata, ICMR–National Institute of Epidemiology, and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS (UK), he has peer-reviewed publications and leads medico-legal initiatives that involve legal analysis, bridging the fields of medicine, law, and technology.

Thushara Kottieth is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. An Advocate at the High Court of Kerala and a Litigation Associate at MK Sumod and Associates, she brings extensive experience in IPR, entertainment law, and trademark registration.

She holds an LLM from O.P. Jindal Global University and serves as a Guest Professor at NUALS, Kochi. With a background that blends high-stakes litigation with academic instruction, Thushara provides strategic editorial oversight to ensure the academic integrity and professional excellence of Legalis IP.

A dedicated law student at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) with specialized editorial experience at the GNLU Centre for Women and Child Rights. Having completed internships at the Supreme Court of India under HMJ Prashant Kumar Mishra and the Delhi High Court under HMJ Mini Pushkarna. she have a keen interest in adjudication and sports law, ensuring academic integrity and editorial excellence while overseeing content quality for Legalis IP.

Dhrtiman is a law student at NUALS, Kochi, specialising in Intellectual Property and Insolvency Law. He brings technical precision to Legalis IP, having managed trademark proceedings at S L Offices and conducted corporate legal research for the BC Jindal Group. A prolific researcher, he has presented original work on constitutional governance and financial distress at MNLU Mumbai and NLUO. As a editor he bridges the gap between academic theory and practical legal application.
